Ministry of Health and Family Welfare proposes to set up a National e-Health Authority (NeHA) responsible for development of an Integrated Health Information System in India. It ...
Various therapies should not be compared on the principles of modern health science. For more clarification please visit our website www.chordiahealthzone.in
Gov should create something like www.doctrs.in to provide integrated primary healthcare facility.
When you are sick you should be resting but here unfortunately one has to run around to get doctor, medicine, tests and one doesnt know what to do with so many papers.(health records)
Primary healthcare has to be integrated and policy should take care of that.

Kindly link Health to Urban Development Ministry as well. The biggest challenge to health today is posed by Rapid and Uncontrolled and unplanned Urbanization. Urban Development aspects should have priority on health of citizens within the city - which leads to healthier country.
Government Health Department must review health policy so that effective therapy like Acupressure can also be included in systems of treatment. Visit http://www.chordiahealthzone.in To Maintain Good Health & Effective Treatment & Be Your Own Doctor.
The Test Details should be given in Electronic Form with Hard copy, if Patient Needs and the soft electronic copy of test should be documented.
The Test Parameter at a particular time should be noted down and the graph should be plotted to see the variance of test results over the period and it should be attached to the patient E linK Account- ADHAAR.
Skilled Paramedics !! Is the way to start with. This concept is soooo ignored in our country. Short term certificate courses can be introduced in colleges. Individuals should be trained to act in traumatic situations at all time. I think quality care start from here.
Patients of Road side accidents should be absorbed into health system by means of NeHA. The protocol should be as follows:
1. Identification of victim by unique identification system.
2. Online status of bed occupancy of higher centres for systematic and efficent refferal and immediate absorption of refferal.
3. Immediate release of insurance money, either of health or third party vehicular insurance.
4. Information system for attendents of the patients about fuctioning of refferal system.
1. The basic hygiene HAS to be maintained 24X7, as found in private hospitals.
2. Patient:doctor ratio in rural sector to be improved drastically
3. Infra with all modern facilities and expert technicians to handle them
4. Path reports to be provided on time for immediate diagnosis
5. Staff attitude towards patients – polite, gentle, with sympathy
6. Discipline among staffs for proper time-bound management
7. Availability of life saving drugs
8. No political interference in any spher
unethical method of practitioner & drugs manufacturing deal need permanent solution, this nonhuman loot is most talkative subject throughout India, everyone curse the professional & govt inability to timely control.my suggestion put some parameter based on disease, limit on prescription of drugs, publish pricing static of drugs, penalty on nexus of drugs push, some compensatory rules, independent authority for cross examination with immediate report card.
Social medicine is the need of the hour. For most of the diseases people are not aware of precautionary measures to be followed by them. Mass Social propaganda about preventive measures for various kinds of ailments to be told to people in advance so that they does not fall pray to the dreaded diseases in the long run. Ground level Health centres are to be strengthened. Privatisation of medical treatment will not serve the purpose, specially to the poor people. Private hospitals are for the rich
