Govt should cumpolsarily take a fixed sum of amount collected from all Medical Insurance companies out the premiums collected by them. Currently the Foreign partners are reaping huge profits from mediclaim policy from Indian population. All Insurance companies need to contribut for all govt funded programs.

The National E-Health authority should maintain records of every individual in a national database with Blood-group .This could help in knowing what kind of strata of people suffer what kind of diseases.Which kind of treatment is required by how many people in the Country. Every individual with this card could be given free health checkup through Govt Hospitals or Municipal Hospitals or Govt affiliated aided private Hospitals free of cost .Let there be annual membership fees of Rs.100

National E-Health Authority needs to be formed with various programs of taking health care of poor and for those who cant afford the treatment. Those individuals who are paying huge premiums to Mediclaim policies should be automatically linked to this Semi GOVT funded plan which will act like a social security measure in the long run. The health care has to be in a subsidized form and the funds could be used to build hospitals /buy equipments /have labs /promote idegineous medicine like Ayurved.

Sir,1.Let the National E Health authority be launched in co-operation with Nation's Post office, LIC(For Health Insurance) and Bsnl(toll free no. for advice). Let these three entities be an integral part of E Health because they do have the maximum reach. 2.An E Health card(or Insurance premium card) be issued on basis of the health insurance premium payment and let the treatment be based on this card.3. Hospitals may be identified especially in rural areas where will be based on E Health Card.
