We rely on many alternative medicine systems like ayurveda, homeo medicine. The main problem is that no fresh research activities are being done in these areas. Promote research in these areas which are part of our culture and identity, to develop upon them. Establish national standards in treating patients. Conduct clinical trails, to scientifically prove existing medical practices. I would love to have a blood test, to identify if you are Vata or Pitta or Kapha prakruti in Ayurveda.

Earlier A doctor was next to God but in India money motto treatment is running here, your treatment is based on medical insurance. This authority has to be very clean by nature and strict on health solution issues.Equipment, fund from govt.etc.can be developed gradually but without clear motivation nothing will be great.I hope everyone can understand my point.

I was fortunate to have had some international clinical and research experience. When designed and handled well, E health systems ( or National Telemedicine) can critically improve the sense of physical security of an individual- a feeling of " there is someone I can call out to", and feeling of "I can trust what is said here". For this two different wings have to be developed: a) non-emergency, out-of-hospital health portal and b) emergency situation guidance systems.

Health Risks : Mobile Phones & Towers Mobile & IT revolution have brought people & information closer but service architecture has its share of demerits too with experts raising concerns over harmful radiations from Mobile Phones and Towers. There is a need of time bound Scientific Studies involving Technical & Health authorities at National/ International level to establish definite conclusions one way or or the other and to have regular Monitoring by an e-Health Regulator on compliance

Integrate Aadhaar Data base for the citizen. When they visit the hospital only just their finger tips identify their citizenship.Primary health check up center should be open like a school where their will be many doctors and sisters for the patient and will work 24*7 so that people will not have to suffer.Every emergency treatment must be present in that hospital or at primary helath check up center so that peoples life and money can be saved, make it mandatory for prescribing gentics medicine.

Sir, I have lot of good ideas to write but this website is very bad to write. Why ? 1) you can not write more. 2) session time is very less. session logout problem. session time should be high and words limit should be increased. 2) words, character style like bold, italic, underline, should be in this. 3) I know that this is for security. I m writing because I wrote 2 times my ideas, your session deleted my best ideas & did not save my ideas,so please make this site good.

I feel like government has already much done in the intial start towards e- health projects like Pan African e network , ISRO rural telemedicine network, NRHM telemedicine network. We should look to broder impact to larger mass of society that are deprived of primary health care of urban cities. We could bring m- health initiatives to the health mission programmes of MOHFW joing hands with private players. Goverment should invite new startups to become incumbant in National health mission.

we should work to create system to maintain ONE health record system of every Indian. Aadhar number will be his Health account number. whether he goes to Govt hospital or private hospital, Doctor can access his health history immediately. To provide health services to the rural India Govt should open well maintained small hospitals across the country. Every state should have same rules and regulations regarding health issues. Govt can provide services like emergency medical response teams.
