One educated lady means whole family will be educated & whole family is educated means society & country will more educated.
Nation needs some strict policy. women empowerment is basic necessity of today's world and to achieve it we need to take actions against dowry system. And we shoud ask aur mp mla and political leader each year to help a poor family to let her daughter married. which will change the mentality of people that girls are burden...
Contd from pt 2...
b) If the victim loses her life or is left in pathetic condition, the culprit's life must be taken (as the Law made) and there should be no appeals of mercy.
(c) In case the woman lodges the wrong complaint, she must be taken care of by the women safety organisations.
(d) The culprit photos must be shown, while in police custody. No cloth should save their face (let them save face by their hand etc).
(these suggestions will deter the evil minded person).
Contdfrom pt 1...
4. The Laws must act as deterrent and must be strong enough to make the culprit feel frightened of the result
5. I recommend
(a) The culprits must be castrated surgically or chemically depending on the gravity of calamity, if the victim is left alive. After castration, the biological male must be disgraced by "leaving free" in the society (The Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu i.e Ms Jayalalitha is of the same opinion, hence such cases in TN are negligible).
Contd
1. The Female Gender, irrespective of age, caste or creed must feel safe at any place of the country.
2. The Laws made to save / protect after the NIRBHAYA calamity, have in fact, increased the risk of killing or throwing acid on the victim after damaging the womanhood.
3. The Human organisations on safety and security of women are mere paper tigers and in fact trouble the police stating that action should commence only after a member of the organisation reaches the police stn.

The most worse thing is demand of money during marriage by bridegroom to bride family.if people will stop to giving or receiving money or other thing as demand. Then it can be reduce the killing of girl child...
What we need is awareness. We need to make people understand that without women the entire world will cease to exist. A basic and a simple fact is that without a woman a man cannot be born an birth is impossible. If we continue killing a girl child one day girls will cease to exist and the world will come to a stand still after which destruction is inevitable.
