What are the major constraints in eliminating beggary? In addition to the efforts made by the Government, how can public participation get India rid of beggary? ...
Mr modi ji I want to distract ur attention to one of recruitment body staff selection commission. As in 2013 one of its exam called combined graduate level got cancelled due to widespred leakage of xm paper n again the re exam is in trouble. So jst want to express this, we as aspirant cant devote our whole life in preparation for one exam we have other responsibilities to full fill in life. So request u to please look into the mattr n give directn to ssc chief as required.
Because we are the firm followers and supporters of shri Modi Ji and we praise all the acts he is doing and we also think that to the place where our Nation will reach to the heights under the leadership of Shri Modiji , we are afraid that if the government does not give the proper attention to this matter where a million of employees are working, will give a negative signal. Which will not be favorable act for the government.
We hope Modji will intervene in this matter and resolve the matter.
The wage revision of the Bank employees is pending since November 2012 and we were very much hopeful that Shri Modi ji will do something very good in favour of bank employees. As everybody know that on the subject of the revision of the wages Bank employees are compelled by IBA to go on one day strike i.e. on 12th November 2014, and neither any statement from the Finance Minister nor the PMO has been delivered on the subject. Because we are the firm followers and supporters of Modiji
We are the firm followers of our Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi Ji since last one year. We are highly influenced with Shri Modiji.
On 15th of August 2014 Jan Dhan Yojna was launched by our Prime Minister and since then he was continuously pursuing this matter with the bank employees to open up as many as Accounts under the above stated scheme. With a result Bank employees were able to open as much of as 6 crores accounts which is very much above the target of shri Modi ji,
Sir, my mother, a retired Central Govt employee from Posts & Telegraph has to collect her pension from the post office. She is 90 years of age, n at this age going to post office to collect her pension is a traumatic experience. I suggest pension from Postal Dept Employees be credited to a Bank Account as is done with pensioners from Railways. This will relieve Senior Citizens of the trouble of going to post office every month. ATM withdrawal can be a east option.
Better Implementation of Social Schemes like Mgnrega, etc. in villages where people have low income or have no alternative source of income to sustain basic living. Even incase of natural calamities where incomes are to be effected highly such schemes should be used to prevent beggary. Beggary in cities looks a more complex phenomena, Beggars in city helps police by providing ground level information but their role in crime can be high as well because of low income to sustain their family
People themselves are the major constraints in eliminating begging. There are people for whom this has been a business. They kidnap children and push them for begging.Even small kids are used up.They must be identified.Beggars who are capable to work must be banned from begging by the act of the law.Old and disabled beggars must also be restricted from begging through an effective law and they must be looked after by the Government at rehabilitation centers.
Child trafficking and religious flavour to begging is biggest contributors to the practice. Stop giving alms to children. More you give more they are exploited.
the problem arise always for the eliminating is the tendency of some peoles that they do not want to do anything accept only to beggary because they feel this is the best method of earning. Some areas are very poor and in their there is no earning and they have not planned their life after marriage and feel proud in begging. the very big problem is the behaviour of thereselves BECAUSE THEY DO NOT WANT HIMSELF FREE FROM THE BAGGING BECAUSE OF THEIR SELF NATURE,
Why govt is not asking private conpanies who were hiking price due to hike in petrol and diesel price hike. Now as the rates are down by 10% they should reduce price. Govt should take necessary action.
