What are the major constraints in eliminating beggary? In addition to the efforts made by the Government, how can public participation get India rid of beggary? ...
I can give new ideas based thoughts, which will give better understanding about begging. This way begging issue will be solved. I have also written one lyric which motivate peoples not begging and accept govt. subsidy. I can invest my money in audio and video production
Supports should be for giving them Strength ( future earning ) Not for permanent dependency .
on line questions should be asked from them ( BY MEDIA ) .To be known to public THROUGH TV . Other wise middle class families ( the most sufferer ) may adopt same tactics .Rehablitate and employ them at their rural home ( to live with DIGNITY )
Dear Modi, Please collect all black money from corrupt politicians and spend that money for beggars, NOT EVEN ONE BEGGAR SHOULD BE SEEN IN MY INDIA

our country have many schemes for poor & needy . It is the duty of local administrator to list out & register the needy & poor of their area. It is the duty of local administration to benefit them with all the schemes. Most of these peoples are beggars which does not have their houses . Those persons having capable for doing works and still begging should be stop by local administration & they should be engaged in some works which will be help to stand on his feet.
To Eliminate beggary Homes may be started for physically challenged people.Physically sound people should be arrested kept in jail from 9am to 9pm so that they can not get a single pie
In many occasions old aged people are ill treated and forced to earn money by begging .These arrogant heatless people should be discouraged and punished . Once the root cause is punished the incidence will automatically come down
If anybody is allowing their family member for begging will not get the benefits of ration card for 3 to 7 years .Also the government subsidy will not be give their family .f the beggar is having 2 or more sons and daughters all their families should be devoid of any subsidies . Also they cannot get free treatment in government hospitals
