What are the major constraints in eliminating beggary? In addition to the efforts made by the Government, how can public participation get India rid of beggary? ...
nowadays beggary is not an action of humiliation for beggars. It is a profession for those who are not willing to work. Unless and until, we, the educated citizens of India stop paying them, the beggars won't get tired of begging. And my motherland won't stop weeping for them.
People, NGO should come forward in tapping the talent of those beggars who showed exemplary performance on the roads. Children at the tender age are so trained in Gymnastics, these children if given proper training by govt thay can fetch medles for the nation. Similarly music band of children can also be formed of beggars who show music talent on roads.
Stern action need to be taken on mafia gang.
Children begging on roads come under the j j act thay need care and protection
If beggary is eliminated several other problems can be addressed simultaneously like kidnappings, drug abuse. Child labour(children begging is a sort of child labor which even the noble prize winner didn't given the heed as it is more challenging)Traffic police should be made accountable if beggars found on traffic junction. NGO working in the field of welfare of children must also take responsibility that no child found begging within 5 kilometers radious of their working place. NGO should
police, local municipality who are sharing the profits of organised beggary.
first and the most constraint is police and local administration because they get their due.
lack of social and political will is the key challenge, today world works on everyone, someone and no one, this is what happens. Lack of will is key.....this is for all.. Creating a local group consisting of local police, college students, NGO and under leadership local publically elected and government officials and using this group, tracking every person and then having them natured through a government and private partnership program will help to move forward.
Some people are verylazy for working. For earning their bread they take up begging.
I had imported e bikes from china and tried to market It was a failure even TVS, Bajaj and Hero could not do it for the following reasons roads are substandard and bumpy 2.speed is less(better for preventing the accidents) 3. charging of the batteries if the roads get improved e bikes are must for india It is very cheap from, china zero customs duty for such important products and unnecessary regulations for importing e bikes should be removed
budget is nearing this is the right time to open a forum for getting the representation of educated and well meaning people to put suggetions
i want you to open a forum on fuel saving
