People, NGO should come forward in tapping the talent of those beggars who showed exemplary performance on the roads. Children at the tender age are so trained in Gymnastics, these children if given proper training by govt thay can fetch medles for the nation. Similarly music band of children can also be formed of beggars who show music talent on roads.

lack of social and political will is the key challenge, today world works on everyone, someone and no one, this is what happens. Lack of will is key.....this is for all.. Creating a local group consisting of local police, college students, NGO and under leadership local publically elected and government officials and using this group, tracking every person and then having them natured through a government and private partnership program will help to move forward.

I had imported e bikes from china and tried to market It was a failure even TVS, Bajaj and Hero could not do it for the following reasons roads are substandard and bumpy 2.speed is less(better for preventing the accidents) 3. charging of the batteries if the roads get improved e bikes are must for india It is very cheap from, china zero customs duty for such important products and unnecessary regulations for importing e bikes should be removed
