What are the major constraints in eliminating beggary? In addition to the efforts made by the Government, how can public participation get India rid of beggary? ...
Widespread Unemployment, Failure of children fulfilling their obligations to aging parents, Criminal Gangs making use of beggary for making money, Physical disabilities of unemployed people ,Cultural acceptance of begging as unavoidable aspect of our society particularly begging by Sadhus, Changing mindsets of people involved in begging.
Respected Sir, i didn't find any suitable option such as "Suggestions" or "Solutions" on this site that would reach directly to you if someone wants to discuss their views with you. Please look into the matter and if possible provide for such options.
I think the major constraint is the absence of real development reaching the last level of the society. By development I mean the purchasing power enhancement, environment improvement, cultural revival etc.
Today i read in the newspaper Punjab Kesri that how you are interested in the education of India. And the banks are providing the education loan facility, but when i went to SBI few days ago because i want to complete my studies by doing B.ed. First of all the manager asked for jewellery as mortgage. i was not able to provide the jewellery as mortgage against educational loan. So, i want to know your opinion about this matter.
Modi ji...koi vyakti kitna bhi gareeb ho..use padne ka adhikar to milna hi chahiye...18 saal se upar ke vyakti ko mai greeb manta hu...unke bcho me koi bhedbhav ni hona chahiye...agar apko ye "rehabitilitation of beggars" ko sach me krna hai...to desh me itne school khulva dijiye ke gareeb ka bcha doosro se ache se bt kar sake....isse vah bhut jyada pratishthit hoga...please sir ye kijiye...i request you as a good citizen of india...
Income Tax should applied for the people who earn abroad. all the people who earn abroad they should dispose their income proof in there INDIAN consulate & accordingly they should pay the income tax. i assume this will be big revenue for our country.
We as a country need to make doing bad as much difficult one (with right measures) doing good as a easiest one. Now we see opposite, if I want to park vehicle in right place, dont see any designated places to park or punishes with 20/-, it should be free. Similarly, we need to make someone who is begging as a profession difficult for him and make it unprofitable. Simply they go away. There are NGOs with great number to help, if willingness is there it is very easy to deal.
I have an idea to let the politician do their duties properly. every year the politician should get award for his good deeds while in power. as in media industry gives award (e.g. best actor of the year) & the award should be vote by the public.
The great part of the society can be how we treat least part of the members. When we say Beggary, it has a depth. People who really dont have any and on roads, for some a vocation/job, for some forced etc. Starting point is to rehabilitate first set. Second set tag them with RFID and track. Give Police/Traffic police to charge. Spread awareness that their giving is harming and there is no real needy, as first set is taken care. If public know that there is no first set people they stop giving.
