What are the major constraints in eliminating beggary? In addition to the efforts made by the Government, how can public participation get India rid of beggary? ...
Begging will only stopped when people learn to respect themselves and go and do any work they find.

we have night petroling of police for raids, night shift doctors for operation activities, food inspector for site raids, income tax inspector for raids 24 hrs at any site than why not we can depute marriage registrar staff for on the spot marriage certification on marriage night for reducing unnecessary workload on marriage party and government officials.
How can we make connection within members ? We can expand the effectiveness of all our efforts
Hon'ble Sir, despite getting abundant rainfall in most parts of the country, we suffer from water shortages here and there, on and off.
Please make a rule for rain water conservation to be mandatory in urban housing societies, also the high income group housing societies should have waste water management, the government can give incentives/subsidies for installation of such facilities.
Rahiman said " Rahiman paani raakhiye, bin paani sab soon"
We should not delay it.
Dear Respected Prime Minister,
Please look after poor people who works outside the country,
Mafia that runs the begging network must be neutralized and the beggars to be rehabilitated. whoever gives rehabilitation to beggars must be protected from the mafia
Begging can be eliminated only if poverty, illiteracy & superstition are eliminated . universal PDS will reduce poverty as in Tamil Nadu. Literacy will provide employment. Old age homes, taboo in India will provide shelter to the aged. Giving alms, encouraged by religious practices should not be encouraged but donations to old age homes and hospitals can be encouraged. Beggars often travel by train without tickets. They can be prevented.
First of all gov should find out the reasons behind the begging. Try to remove those reasons . Now a days begging is becoming a good buisness for the people those who want earn mony without making much efforts such types of begging are made in villages . Gov should make some laws against such type of act
