What are the major constraints in eliminating beggary? In addition to the efforts made by the Government, how can public participation get India rid of beggary? ...
People tipping money.
they remain on the other doing may it sometime happen that they have to sleep on road which make them live their life like animal .i have really seen the very ill treatment to them people think that the beggar are made of any other material so they don t have any feeling think that how painful it will be if no one care of you or hear you when you need desperately .you feel depressed and think that no one is mine .if they try for working then they are avoided due to they belong to a begging group
I thought police dept. is complicit with Beggars' organization, yes, I strongly believe begging on the streets of India is completely organized. First, beggars provide useful information as bystanders which once we have CCTV, we will not need the beggars by the police. Police dept needs massive change including significant increase in numbers. Eliminating must be clubbed with reforms in Police. Other than that, social organizations can help rehabilitate existing beggars.
Its high time for India to make a small amendment for construction of two-tier national highways. This has the least green litigation.4-meter tier-1 is sufficient.Only coonstraints are in ghat sections and river bridges, which can overcome.
One might laugh but for eliminating beggary and menace of transgenders/eunuchs and human particularly girl trafficking, CBI should be given the task to find out and arrest ringleaders most of whom would be found enjoying patronage of some influential elected public representative. At the same time we must plan for rehabilitation of the victims. Population control has become a dirty word with any politician but the same by counseling method is also essential to eliminate such inhuman practices.
Everybody (Media, Cinemas, Columnist and Common people) talks about Begger mafia. What about Police system is doing in this great and vast country. They are taking salaries from tax payers and doing nothing. They have powers and watching live on roads, people are begging, small innocent children are spoiling their life for sake of mafia.
through which the society member will take participate and share her views through which the development in the society will take place and the concern of the society is also be take.
Thanks
Mohit Singhal
Dear Sir,
I am respectful citizen of the society, but the activity occurred in the society is really disheartening for all citizen. sometimes in the society some hassle take place through which all person residing to that society is effected. For this reason RWA with small jurisdiction is appointed by you which is really appreciable, but with no such power it does not means to be exit. So for smooth and hassle free living in the society please give some instruction to conduct weekly meeting.
Beggars of india can be utilized in a proper channel which involves self earning and development of India programme. I am sure India would raise its bar very high compared to other countries.
Dear All,
I just wanted to highlight on one critical issue which may happen to all of us which traveling in train, Its normal these days when you travel in sleeper class, few group of people will come and forcefully ask for money and also abuse people around you (3rd sex - nether Male nor Female + beggars) and railway is not doing anything on this also Its obvious that Train TTE and RPF guys are also getting some benefits out of them.
Just wanted to know what action we should take on this.
