Respected Prime Minister sir, My view on this subject is as follows:- 1. The major constraints in eliminating beggary are falling at our temples. We can able to see lot of beggars sitting in a row at all most all our temples. The government has got a strict rule to eliminate them at temple. But they are unable to enforce the rule because of public. The publics are voluntarily offering lot of thing to beggars, while they visited to holey places. contd...

i think there are various ways to culminate the beggary. the government must build a section on this problem. Only education, employment and a change of mindset are the best way to solve it. but what we lack is sight and we have corruption that is ruining the economy from the root. many things can be done if we are in the right track..

whenever we will go to take acction on beggars / or if we are giving any facilities to them it SHOULD BE NOTED THAT ANY OTHER PERSONS WILL NOT GET BENIFIT WHICH IS NOT BEGGER

THE MAIN AND MAJOR ONE IS THE ALMOST NO INITIATIVES FROM GOVERNMENT AND NGOs.

ऐसे लोग जो ड्रग कारोबार से जुड़े हों. या इस कारोबार में कभी पकडे गए हों. उनका बराबर मोनिटरिंग की जाये. अच्छा होगा की इसके लिए लेटेस्ट टेक्नोलॉजी का इस्तमाल किया जाये. (उनके सरीर में चिप इत्यादि) लगाकर. ऐसा ही हर्द्कोरे क्रिमिनल का भी किया जा सकता है.

इसी प्रकार ड्रग्स पर भी कड़ा कदम उठाने की जरुरत है. जिस भी स्टेशन के सर्किल के अन्दर ड्रग बीके उस स्टेशन के ऑफिसर की जबह्देही तय की जाये. नारकोटिक्स बिभाग के जिम्मदारी तय की जाये. ऐसे सेल्फी और watsaap message भेजने वालों की गोपनीयता और पारितोषिक निर्धारित किया जाये.

इन संस्थावों द्वारा समाज सेवी संस्थावों को टेंडर दे कर काम कराया जाता है. जिसका देखरेख भी सुन्या प्रतीत होता है. यदि किसी भी पुलिस स्टेशन के सर्किल में कोई बच्चा भीख मागते दिखता है. या जनता द्वारा बिवरण सहित सेल्फी डाली जाती है तो उस पुलिस स्टेशन के जिम्मदार अधिकारी को सख्त पनिशमेंट दिया जय. जिसमे टर्मिनेशन जैसा दंड हो.

महोदय वर्तमान में समस्त भिखारियों का जनता, तंत्र और समाजसेवी संस्थावो के माध्यम से फोटो सहित डाटा मेन्टेन करना चाहिए, इससे इनके अथेंसिटी और ऐसे बच्चे जो कही से गायब करके लाये गए हैं. का पता चल जायेगा. हर पुलिस स्टेशन चौकी की जिम्मदारी फिक्स करना चाहिए यदि बच्चे भीख मांगते उनके सर्किल में दिखे तो उसे बल सुधर गृह अथवा उनका पूर्ण पता मिसिंग हो तो उसके अनरूप कार्य करें. शिशु कल्याण विभाग लगभग कार्यं विलसन के आधार पर पूर्णतया सुन्या प्रतीत होता है. इसकी भी जिम्मदारी के तहत लाना चाहिए.

Combating drug abuse in India 1) Thorough campaigning against drug abuse in mentor establishments like in school , colleges etc as well as groups of professions where physical labour prevails over mental labour may be aimed at for those campaigning. 2) Availability of drug in the market may be cut shot by initiating activity of border guards organizations like BSF and police may be empowered to stop those illicit activities of drug peddlers in the inland as well.
