Rehabilitation of manual scavengers can be linked with skill development. There is a need to apply imagination in this respect..Abolition won't be fruitful unless the deprived lot are successfully rehabilitated..

only police is milking public over the films on car windows, stopping cars at intersection of roads only results in waste of fuel by narrowing roads,India with lots of sun requires films that saves on air-conditioning,only visibilty should be the criteria, and police can only report the car no. and let the RTOs do the applicability of the law..high time sense prevails..every traffic police be provided a camera to get car numbers..no stopping of cars unless some serious offence!!!
