The TRAI has issued a consultation paper on 27.11.2019 on “Transparency in Publishing of Tariff Offers”. Considering the dynamics of the telecommunication sector, consumer faces situation of lack of information and misleading information. Any service provider having 1 Lakh / 10 Lakhs / 1 Crore / 10 Crores... Customers, who are doing MINIMUM RECHARGE LIKE Rs. 49 [earlier Rs. 35] companies get Rs. 49 Lakhs / Rs. 4.9 Crores / Rs. 49 Crores / Rs. 490 Crores, whether the customer uses or not. Customer is losing money. Service Providers are CHEATING AND ENJOYING CUSTOMERS MONEY. TRAI, TELECOM MINISTRY MUST THESE CUSTOMERS BY LOWERING CALL COST AND ALSO HAVING THE RECHARGE AMOUNT INTO MAIN ACCOUNT WITHOUT EXPIRY OF 28 DAYS.

Each and every company should make their scheme for 30 days and why 1gb par day or 1.5 GB per if one cannot consum it in one day and also when one wants to download a big file say of 2 GB or more for his purpose he can't because he only have 1 GB of Data fir that day.. then He had to pay extra money for extra data. It's not a fair trade. They should make plans of a limited amount of data like here is your 65 GB data for 65days. so that we use as much as we want... Hit like if you also agree...

For RECHARGE other than unlimited plans Telecom Service Providers are cheating Customers by taking the unused money every 28 days. I have been posting of PGPORTAL many times. Service Providers call and say "SORRY" and then no resolution. THERE MUST BE PROPER RESOLUTION FOR CUSTOMERS CONCERN/ISSUE. CUSTOMERS MUST GET FAIR TREATMENT FOR WHAT THEY PAY. CHARGING 2.5P PER SECOND COMES TO RS.1.50 PER MINUTE. THIS IS VERY HIGH. Telecom Service Providers and TRAI must give good price for all.

I hope you're more intelligent than us. That's why you are there, I expect that you always consider the comfort for a common and lower middle class man. please don't loot us by imposing such act or laws to the consumers. Dhanyawad.
