The TRAI has issued a consultation paper on 27.11.2019 on “Transparency in Publishing of Tariff Offers”. Considering the dynamics of the telecommunication sector, consumer faces situation of lack of information and misleading information. Further, the information accessed by the consumer is mosr of the time unclear or hard to find and even if the consumer is able to access information, it is difficult to assess and compare in the marketplace. All these factors affects the ability of consumer to make informed choice which serves their needs.

The TRAI through the consultation paper desires to explore newer consumer protection measures to enhance transparency in information communication such as mandating provision of cost calculators, introduction of unique id of tariffs to bridge the gap between tariffs reported and published, framework of display of tariff on websites etc. The following questions are being posed for comments of stakeholders. The last date for receiving the comments as extended is 23rd January, 2020.

सर्वर इतना स्लो चलता है कि कोई काम मोबाईल से ऑनलाईन हो ही नहीं पाता। टॉवर की कैपेसिटी अनुसार कनेक्सस देना चाहिए लेकिन भारत में ऐसा नहीं है।यहाँ सभी कम्पनियां अपने उपभोक्ताओं को चूना लगाती हैं। कनेक्तसन दिया है तो छमता बढ़ाई जाय।अच्छी व गुणवत्तापूर्ण सर्विस की व्यवस्था शीघ्र की जाय। टी.वी देखना बन्द हो गया ,पूरव की तरह D2Hवाले जी के अनमोल चैनल व स्टार के फ्री चैनल की व्यवस्था की जाय,उपभोक्ताओं को राहत दी जाय। धन्यवाद

INTERNET इंसानी दिमाग पर इतना हावी हो चूका है की सोचने समझाने की क्षमता पर भी बुरा हाल कर दिया है (नया नया चीज़ खरीदने का और नया प्रोडक्ट्स परचेस करने का मन ही नहीं लगरा है और बाहर घूमने का भी मन ही नहीं हो रहा) INTERNET की वजह से पूरी भारत की अर्थवैवश्ता को बर्बाद कर दीया है Calls/Internet को Divide कर दो Calls केलिए अलग Plans होना चाहिए Internet केलिए अलग Plans होना चाहिए SIM Validity long term कर दो

Companies are regularly & drastically decreasing validity period ( 3-4 times for year). We have no other option than continuing. Decreasing validity period should be stopped.

There should be a facility for us to know that Howmany SIM cards are there on our aadhar card. Then we know Howmany SIM cards are on our names. If any bogus SIM cards are there, we can complaint to company & police
