Even Urban areas has unemployed people.Create jobs for Urban and Rural both.Provide the platforms for Rural to polish their Sports, Singing and Dancing skills etc.Do it for FREE. So, they can grow with confidence. Then they can take part in advanced competitions arranged by government to reward them.
Allow Urban people to take part in these activities on minimum charges. So, when they meet Rural people both will learn from each other.

Digintity of work is very importent for rural develomement . I have personally seen people missusing govt schemes like Manrega ,everybody is involved from top to bottom ....
this should prevented with help technology .Energy conservation schemes for rural ares should be assosiated with ManRega . Around 60% people are involved in playing cards & gambeling in haryana . Govt should encourage them to spend their energy in devoloping the nation rather then killing the time...

छोटे दूकान बनवा कर जरुरत मन्दो को रोजगार दिया जा सकते है। साथ ही हम शहर में लगाने वाले जाम से निजात प् सकते है

High quality FMCG products should be produced in villages. For eg bathing soap. The only reason why people buy popular brands is only because of packaging and high quality. Govt run or supported soap making units should be connected to large scale distribution. Soap making can employ women. Every govt offices can have stalls of these rural made products. Soap, detergents, shampoo and other similar products can be included.

Sanitary Napkins should be allowed to manufacturer only under Kutir Udyog. As now machine does not cost more than 1.5 lacs. This will generate job for local women and also used by women to make them healthy and swachch. I am prepared to provide training and educate in all villages.

impact of Jan Dhan Yojana- I visited a village near Agra, a rural woman, who had never ventured out of her home, opened her account in village Bank, after that she has started selling cow dung made Kanda 3 for Rs 1.00 to nearby villagers. Now she has started earning Rs 1800-2300 per month, which she is depositing in her Bank account. I find surrounding very clean now, because she never allows wastage of cow dung now. This achievement was due to her account only, as earlier she had never done it

Sir, Here is my suggestion in 3steps.
1.Special team should start to figure out "the specialty of each village" in India.
2.Based on the information which we received through step1, please help out them for their requirements. If the requirement needs to buy by those then please provide them in subsidized prices.
3.To promote the products (which made by them) we need to have one web site containing all information and also IF POSSIBLE WE CAN SELL ONLINE through government help.

In our country each area has its own speciality and skill. Teams should be formed in every village to figure out the goods which they can manufacture. Later analysis need to be done on the best ways to make those goods. Work should be taught to all the interested people in that locality and village heads need to take the responsibility to promote their goods. If every village starts doing this, then we end up with exporting more goods than importing and it leads to the success of Make in India
