The creditocould press for auctioning of the land to recover debts and the government therefore planned other projects there. In 2000, the government asked the BBMP to come up with ultra-luxury apartments on the land. But the cash-strapped civic body could not do anything. Two years later, the government entrusted the BDA with the task. A part of the land was proposed to be converted into a sports complex or playground. Last year, the government came up with the idea of a tech park on the land.

PM, instead of giving multinational companies lands in cities, give them land in villages which is nearer to sea, or have road connection, exactly the same you have done in Sanand,Gujarat. In order to create jobs Government should develop its assets like road connectivity, necessary amenities to companies. To make invest multinational companies in India we need to develop our we need to develop our infrastructure & transparency in our government. we need to have smart cities like Ahmadabad.....

There should be rule for retired person (after 60 years from state university and 65 years from Central University) they should only serve for different govt advisory committe only. Most of the retired person are hired by private University at good package of nearly 2-3 lakh paer month, and it leads increase of fee structure for the student, as most of the student get there admission because of that perticular person, but actually not a single class is taken by him.

By Shyam Prasad S, Bangalore Mirror Bureau | Aug 29, 2014, 04.00 AM IST
Since the closure of the iconic company, it has become an unofficial studio, and actress-MLC Tara wants govt to hand over the premises to the industry.
One of the iconic brand names to emerge from Karnataka, Mysore Lamps, was shut down in 2002 after a decade of mismanagement and accumulated loss. Since then, more than any talk of reviving the company and brand, many people have been eying.

Respected PM ,govt. Should hire topper and merit students from different universities and ask them to form a company in which finance will be provided by the government. They have to create new products ,ideas .eligible students get exposure to expand their ideas.

2nd thing is research and development. Universities should have proper fund to promote research and development. Govt should provide maximum funds for this purpose in the budget. Indian talent should be utilise in india.
