Need to start small scale industries for food processing units in rural areas. They should buy directly from farmers and process in their units having setup in rural areas. Need to involve local youth.

Govt. should make a law in rural area, everybody above 18 must have guaranty employment scheme who wish to work. I always had this opinion that the government should set up a factory in every village. that factory should consume that material as the raw material which is cheaply and readily available in that area. due to this India will be able to reduce unemployment with great height and also the products created by these factory will be exported which will increase GDP of India. this will also increase government treasure. you should do it step by step

I heard that openings for construction workers are the most in demand but is not seen to be attractive. I guess it is not seen as 'good' job. Also quite often these people have to move far away from home to work. The government can encourage this sector by training more people and certifying them with a title which will make it respectably via skill india mission. Also there can be guidelines regarding amenities that should be provided by employer to encourage more to join

Central Govt should start a bus service. Which can be named as Central govt road services. Buses should run from rural area to cities. This will give employment and villagers can sell there crops and goods to market in cities.

Understand and analyse the history of 20-30 years with current life style and needs in Rural areas and fill the gap with correct measures. Make small rural groups, guide, provide 50% loans and encourage in Farming, Handicrafts and rural Markets.

New branches can be opened for education. For example,Medical,biotechnology, IT , Genetics all these can form health related software.Special branch which will contain specialization of these grouped technologies can be created.For this, new colleges can be opened which will give new jobs.

Jobs can be created similar to KPO using market research from such kind of blogs. The person will have to extract information from the blog, paste it for further processing.From this type of information, better product with better company , brands can be provided.For this, software can be created.As well as manual extraction can be done.
