Every necessary skill jobs like carpentory, cleaning workers, paintrs, electricians like all work should be taught from school. And no work should be seen as low grade and high grade every person should do his/ her work with dignity
real estate industry has numerous scope of creating job. but the various govt officers in guwahati, assam become enemy of builder and contractors. The major challenge faced by youth of our country today is unemployment. Now, our government is working on skill development, but the problem is the majority of youths who has passed the engineering, diploma or iti courses are unemployed. Then, how we can expect that the future engineers will have a job in hand. So, first of all we have to deal with present unemployed engineers and get maximum of them. the main issue is quality. Before taking any decision regarding this, please dont compromise it
Provide opportunity to new entrepreneurs and support them and also provide opportunity to get link up with international firms to gain knowledge and updation. in villages nowadays educated count is rising but still there are few with agricultures so we can utilize them by providing training and counseling to make them reearch in their own crop field, i mean they can be used as researchers like that in each and every field every place we can, jai hind
measures should be taken to educate the young children of majdoors , so that they get educated and skilled, for this voluntarily teachers should be asked to visit any construction site and gather the children and conduct classes( syllabus should be decided as these kids stay duration will be minimum and the teacher should be given sal on hourly basis
every government office should have a crech with a minimum of 15 to 20 kids to accommodate , government can hire housewife mothers of an employee or private with a basic educations who can instill in the early years of kids good ethics, good manners(respect to other) as character building is equally important as education, also for older kids govt can invite again housewives with required education to take classes, job will be created and kids will be in the vicinity of their parents
Sir I would like to give a suggestion under PPP., Delhi Govt. should engage unemployed youth who can work on their behalf and provide the pics and video of traffic rules breaker. On the basis of pics and video the traffic police send challan to vehicle owners. The 10% amount of challan may be given to the service providers as a reward & rest 90% to Govt. treasury. I am sure lakhs of unemployed youth will be beneficial and govt will also be beneficial by earning lakhs of rupees.
