Suggest measures to create jobs in rural areas so as to prevent excessive strain on our urban areas and at the same time enhance the development of the villages.

How would creating better employment opportunities in rural areas help stop migration to cities and thus prevent excessive strain on our urban areas at the same time enhancing the development of the villages?

TO CREATE JOB SHOULD BE MOST IMPORTANT PRIORITY, AND BEST WAY TO CREATE JOBS IN INDIA IS TO PROVIDE OVERSEAS JOBS TO EXISTING SEMISKILLED / SKILLED /. UNSKILLED PERSON. TO CREATE MORE OVERSEAS JOB WE HAVE TO KEEP OUR DOCUMENTATION USER FRIENDLY. NOW E MIGRATE SOFTWARE INTRODUCED BY MINISTRY OF OVERSEAS INDIAN AFFAIR IS MAJOR HURDLE IN ATTRACTING FOREIGN EMPLOYERS. IT IS SO CUMBER SUM , THAT NO FOREIGNER WANTS TO WAIT FOR THIS LONGER TIME TO GO THROUGH LENGTHY EMIGRATION CLEARANCE PROCESS.

In all Engg. Colleges ,It should be made compulsory that only M.E./M.Tech. or GATE qualified Candidates will teach and Priority should be given who pursue degree from National Institute of Technical Teachers' Training & Research (NITTTRs) and accordingly Salary as per the Norms. should be given to the Teachers, as Governing bodies like AICTE are not performing their duty of Monitoring, due to which Quality and Future of Young Engg. Graduates is Alarming and Threatening to our Education System.

For all round development as well as Job Creation The Current Reservation System must be revised and it should be on the basis of Economic Basis as every Social class of People has Poor and Backward Families, also our agenda of "Sabka Saath-Sbka Vikas" will be fulfilled by this policy,It is polite request to abolish this Caste-based Reservation System and hence Strengthen our Constitution as it is the Demand of Mass number of People and Strong Message ,who do Vote-bank Politics.

for better jobs creation in rural areas. we should have strong basic education to small children upto 5th standard.the teachers who have responsible for the education himself compatible for the education. in our country many states like up and bihar goverment teacher do not have knowledge how to teach and proceed with children. only because of teachers inefficiency childrens do not get proper education and discipline in his life and not productive for the country.

Sir it is high time to look into the increasing number of unemployed students of engineering. There are lot of private colleges in each states of India and a huge amount of engineering graduates are passing out every year but very few of them managed to get a job. I am also a civil engineering graduate from a private college ,passed out in June by this year but yet not get a proper job. And day by day it is becoming more harder to get a job for a fresher as no one want to recruit a fresher

उत्पादो की सरकारी खरीद हो ये भी एक अच्छा विकल्प है पर ये संभव नहीं है क्योंकि सरकारी मतलब घूसखोरी।। कोई नयी तरकीब सूझी तो जरूर बताउंगा
