श्रीमान जी केन्द्रीय कमचारियों की सेवानिवृत्ति आयु 60 साल से घटाकर 58 साल कर दी जानी चाहिए इससे एक तो देश मे नये रोजगार पेदा होगे एँव नये कमचारियों को कम वेतन भुगतान करना पडेगा । जिन कमचारियों के सेवानिवृत्ति मे जब 2 साल कम रह जाते है तब कमचारी अधिकतर अवकाश पर रहता है जिससे सरकार के काम काज मे रूकावट आती है । सातवें वेतन आयोग की सिफारिशे जनवरी 16 से लागु होगी इससे पहले अगर आयु सीमा 60 से 58 कर दी जाती है तो इनको सातवे वेतन आयोग का फायदा नही देना पडेगा जिससे देश का फायदा होगा एवं इस राशि को देश के विकास कार्य मे लगाया जा सकेगा ।
