creating better job opportunities is something which must be given due attention. The technical abilities that an average Indian possesses is tremendous but without correct job this ability is getting depleted i think. There are numerous worker who are skilled enough but due to lack of opportunities they are getting estranged from their ability. This is the major reason why a lot of people tend to move abroad to seek a job in which they are veteran. India is losing its shine this way.
Govt. Jobs is the main issue in india for which curruption become stronger and rich people getting the more govt jobs due to curruption..
The competition in govt jobs is the high salary and careless service.
If the salary fixed according to hours not monthly and proper checking of service and also fix the pvt companies salary structures..
I am a Bengali working outside West Bengal for quite some time. I am pained at the attitude of average bengalis (myself included) who have escaped West Bengal saying there is nothing left there for them. In the process we are uprooted from our homes for eternity. I think it is time to turn the tide. I want to set up business in rural West Bengal to create jobs for Bengalis so that at least a few of them need not leave their villages.

Around 1000 School Information Managers who are I.T. Professionals, currently working on contract in govt schools of Haryana under Rastriya Mathyamik Shiksha Abhiyan want to participate in Digital India Campaign. Govt can utilize their services by engaging them in Digital India Project. They possess professional qualifications viz M.tech,B.tech and M.C.A. State govt is exploiting them and wasting their skills in data entry and clerical tasks
Give at least one rupee per day per one plant to a person for three years. the villagers will devote time for nourishing trees. this will boost rural employment.
Villages are going to be the nerve centres of mother India. Towns will look like hell due to congestion and pollution. govt can supply food items to towns but can you supply oxygen? Plan our villages better to attract urban people to migrate from towns to villages for healthy living.
