The poll survey is totally a rigged one as Tea gardens is showing 70 person favoured by people of doon and not other streams which shows it is methodically made to sabotage the Poll Count. Govt is going to school and colleges where children are Hostlers and they are temporary people and no nothing about Doon as they have not seen and Felt Doon Ever before.

It is good that Cities must become smart and so as Doon but not at the cost of Tea estate which is the pride of Doon as I have born and educated in Doon and Laments for what Dehradun had been .Here Govt's has become the catapult of Real Estate Developers and Mafia's. The gov't inspite of developing Tea estate is hell bent on to help developers so that good amount
of commission can be made .MDDA has become impotent as we see all rivers ,Small naalas has been encroached by outsiders.

yes, dehradun deserves to become a smart city...but not the greenfield...,if we see the dismal condition of tea estate there is no point for argument in this point.Marking the tea estate that is not in bad shape and then developed it commercially to provide employment for people. At the same time develop the devastated part in setting up smart city. This can maintain the ecology of dehradun....Redevelopment of Area of citizen’s priority.....is the best option...

The present city needs to be redeveloped and made clean, with good traffic management , well lit street light, achieving this limited goal itself would be SMART
