शिक्षक हा पिढीचा तारणहार आसतो.परन्तु कही कारणाने त्यांचे कड़े दुर्लक्ष होताना दिसते.कोणतेही कम शिक्षकंकडे दायाची एक प्रथा निर्माण जालेली आहे अरे आपन आपल्याच मुलांचे नुकसान करतोय याची कालजी घ्या . शिक्षकाना शिकउ दया . कामाचे ओज्हे कमी करा. जनगणना ,बी .ल ओ ,निवाद्नुक नैव प्रयोग हे तरी थाम्बवा . मुलाना शिकू दया .शिक्षकाना शिकउ दया.

Near about all teachers are well educated in primary education sector. often we see that if some new method if used in class to easy learning initially it gets oppose . In my opinion method is not important. but easy understanding to student is to be accepted. I think some really good quality training should be given those people who really want to learn new ideas. It is really all out side classroom work should be stop for better teaching.

there are teachers ask their research scholars who are getting the scholarship to pay their electricity bill, telephone bill and even the price for the household goods. these problem which are invisible to the authorities should be taken care of while preparing NEP.

There should be a mechanism to evaluate the performance and the attitude of the teachers in the higher education where the student are being threatened by the teachers. In higher education there is student are being exploited mentally and physically. there are threatened to ruined there academic career. the teachers in universities treat their research scholar as servants they are asked to do the teachers household jobs and other work also.

teachers ki yogyataa ka sahi prakaarse aankalan karke unko unnati ke sahi avsar pradaan karna..( iske liye unke students ke views main point honge butall students) best teachers ko prashasanik and political dabaabon se freeerakhakar, best teachers ke prali mis-behaviour wale officarsko punish karke.

हल्ली शिक्षक best नाहीत असे नाही.पण आजची जी सरकारी यंत्रणा आहे ती खाजगी शाळा आणि सरकारी शाळा यामध्ये दुजाभाव करते.खाजगी शाळांना अध्यापन सोडून इतर कार्यासाठी शिपाई ,कारकून यांची नेमणूक केलेली असते.पण शासकीय शाळांना मात्र ही सर्व कामे शिक्षकांनाच करावी लागतात.परिणाम त्यांचे अध्यापनाकडे दुर्लक्ष होते.याशिवाय जनगणना ,वेगवेगळे सर्व्हे,बांधकामे ,शालेय पोषण आहार,सर्व अभिलेखे तयार करणे व जतन करणे,बिनकामाची प्रशिक्षणे ,मिटींग्स,निवडणुकीची कामे यासारखी किती तरी कामे करावी लागतात ती कामे बंद करावीत.

HRD should find way to fill professor and asso prof positions by keeping only cadre of profesors with all high expectations with changing grade pay as per experience, performance, qualification so that every bodies moral will be high and there will be no injustice to any one either experienced or new comer.Thanks.
