Best teachers appointed centrally should be posted. Training and Incentives in the form of increment must be on continuous basis.Refresher/Orientation Courses sustain Teacher's interest and provide new modes of teaching- learning.

The best talent can be attracted to the teaching profession by providing them the remuneration at par with the best in the industry. The scheme of NMTT needs to be enhanced. The present scheme of NMTT needs to be enhanced. 50 % of leadership and pedagogical training should be online.
Industry experts can play a major role as teachers and academic leadership training must be made compulsory for VCs and principals and teachers also.

Higher Education includes Engineering , Medical Studies. The faculty need Pedagogy Training. If Degree + BEd/MEd = School Teacher....why not Professional Degree + degree/ post graduation in Pedagogy colleges. This is the BOTTLENECK. Give opportunity to people trained by NITTTR's to improve Pedagogy in Engineering
