वर्त्तमान में नियमो का पालन न हो पाने के कारन और संस्था द्वारा नाजायज रूप से परेशान करने के कारन ७५% कर्मचारी लगातार संस्था बदलते रहते है और उनका भविष्य असुरक्षित रहता है I मध्य प्रदेश में अखिल भारतीय तकनीकी शिक्षा परिषद् द्वारा लागु वेतनमान देना तो दूर मास्टर इन इंजीनियरिंग पास लोगों को भी १६००० रु देकर कIम करवाया जा रहा है , और उनका शोसन किया जा रहा है , सारे बातों कि जानकारी होते हुए भी शासन , इस दिशा में कोई कदम नहीं उठा रही है I

मध्य प्रदेश में सहायक प्राध्यापक / प्राध्यापक कि स्थिति अत्यधिक दयनीय हो चुकी है , सर्व प्रथम उन्हें नियुक्ति पत्र नहीं दिया जाता है , पूरे समय ८० % लोग बिना किसी नियुक्ति पत्र के कार्य करते है , अतः समस्त कर्मचारियों को नियुक्ति पत्र देने हेतु पहल करना अति अवश्यक है , मेरा निवेदन है कि अखिल भारतीय तकनीकी शिक्षा परिषद् विभिन्न संभाग / जिला में कैंप लगाकर सारे कर्मचारियों को बुलवाए और उन्हें कलेक्टर कि मौजूदगी में नियुक्ति पत्र और नियम पुस्तिका प्रदान कि जाये /

एक ऐसे सॉफ्टवेर को तैयार किया जाये जो इंजीनियरिंग के प्रत्येक छात्र का सुचना रखे, और उस छात्र के बारे के हर एक जानकारी मिल जाये यह बहुत ही जरूरी है, क्योंकि प्राइवेट इंडस्ट्रीमें कई छात्र फर्जी मार्कशीट लगाकर भी नौकरी कर लेते है और उसकी जांच नहीं हो पाती हैI

एक ऐसे प्रणाली का विकाश होना अत्यंत आवश्यक है जिसके तहत संपूर्ण भारत में समस्त इंजीनियरिंग छात्रों का नामांकन हो, और किसी भी व्यक्ति को नौकरी देने से पूर्व उस नामाकन करने वाली संस्था को सूचित किया जाये. मेडिकल और बार कौंसिल की तरह इंजीनियरिंग कौंसिल बनाया जाये I

physical health must be compulsory at all stages industry oriented programmes must be created cross examin policies must be created in all sectors/fields in case of fraud/false statement, no punishment less than prison and debar for whole life service. dealing person must be responsible for their job/work.

govt. must frame policy for grant approval as mandatory and optional requirements. govt. must implements their rules strictly. distance education must be only for promotion purpose not accept as eligibility. distance exams must be conducted at only board/university campus not at other place.

There should be a central eligibility test authority for eligible teachers and an eligible teacher unique ID must be provided to them so that he/she can produce the same at the time of appointment. concerned approval authority may not entertain without unique ID holders. 2. Our education system is like Horse Racing Game. And our parents are the riders. Because of the mentality of Comparison they have to compare their son to other siblings. Isn't it? And I think our education system is wrong. Because student is not for acquiring knowledge he is mainly for passing exams with good marks.shortly for us Marks matters than KNOWLEDGE.!!

All the other evils of the Indian education system ultimately come down to the method in which students are marked. Is it justified that a student is evaluated only on the basis of his/her performance for the duration of three hours of the exam? If the axis of grading and marking is shifted to classroom participation, project work, communication and leadership skills and extracurricular performance, only then will a genuine student shine out.
