Teachers are the cornerstone of any educational system. Developing the teaching talent and incentivizing best teachers, retaining good teachers are all significant to improving the ...
B.ed degrees presently are not serving the desired purpose. Extensive centralized testing for PRT, TGT and PGT levels and gradation and certification can make the selection process and fixing remunerations easier for the schools. This will create a desire in the teachers to get retrained and improve their scores in the standardized tests which may include different facets of teaching.
Moral Value Boosting to be Programmed and every teacher should undergo that training
The project work introduced in the syllabus by the CBSE is a good concept. The project work must not be given by the teachers to be done at home rather it must conducted or performed in front of the teacher so that she can help children out with that portion if they find some difficulty and she would even be able to assess the child better. Thus each child would bring forth his potential and creativity and in the end the teacher is to be accredited.
today more importance is given to G.K in competitive exams for teachers.Criteria should be proficiency in his subject only rather than craming G.K.
Good performing teachers should be given monetary/seniority benifits.
First of all we need to restore the pride of being a teacher via TV, Radio, News papers etc, and give extra incentives, such as district, state and national level annual awards for truly meritorious teachers. Second, streamline the training and recruitment process. For recruitments, there should be a recruitment body, specialized in assessing the capabilities of a candidate as a teacher. This body must be independent like UPSC, which should create a pool of teachers for the whole country.
I am strong believer of gurukula, only this type of education can put india at the top of world. But kya ainsa hoga. ???????
How it is possible ? because the actual motivated teacher will never get chance to apply the right method to develop students. The uneducated people always making policy for education. U can analyze the mid day meal ....teacher r not involved in education but the project because the big money is involved and pc contribution.Every one know the actual picture.dear PM sir if u r really want this identify the corruption and appreciate the right teacher to develop him/ herself.
My suggestion , Dear Govt. its Wel come decision the bank will be closed on2nd and 4th Saturday, but as per my view the banks should be full working day in 1st and 3rd Saturday.: Saroj kumar Chouhan (Sonepur, Odisha)
MY SUGGESTION,
Dear gov, u are doing well in your aspect bt is not enough as teachers in NIT's are not of quqlity as i'm student of NIT WARANGAL i know much in this.... I have a suggestion why not as like civil services u take a all india level test to select the teachers and then the interview at standard level b'coz in now a days process regionalism plays a great factor in selection that's why student are not getting good professors who have skill and knowledge. so think about it..... thanx !
