To study and demarcate a watershed is easy, but to make it useful for community is tough. The latest NMR technique for ecology and environment can help to understand available water quantity in the subsurface. It can can quantify the pore and permeability as well. If we have detail study of the subsurface in this manner we can increase the no of watershed for a specific area to fulfill the shortage of groundwater. As our rural and urban habitat is still dependent on groundwater.
Regarding teachers many gave good views. Also the new policy must cover the admission part for parents. Rising education fee of private school is a major headache. There should be indexing method as per city or village. No school should be allowed to cross a limit. Staff should be maintained at least for a year to deliver better. Security part is not covered by the schools for travelling, must be compulsory. School materials provided to earn profit but quality is not maintained, should stop.
do hard marking in all board and select excellent from
Syllabus for education must b revised as it is heavy even teachers cannot taught all lessons within stipulated period
For overall development of teachers time to time NCERT require to conduct workshops irrespective of organization of a teacher . Objective of such workshops should be to provide information based on syllabus modification teaching methods, interactive teachings, Quality learning, motivation & leadership etc. This should be conducted District wise and teachers from any board State, ICSE or CBSE could participate. Due to this all teachers will come at same platform to do needful for Education.
CTET conducted by CBSE should be made compulsory to get best teachers.. Teachers qualifying in this exam should be consider for future recruitments in private & government schools through centralized system. During conduction of this exam lot of teachers time is wasted to do formalities like identification by id, signature & thumb impression. Due to this every teacher is not getting actual 150 minutes for writing CTET. So it is essential to conduct CTET through online like CAT for MBA .
