Hi All, I thank GOI for providing E Platform on Expessing Views over varied topics of substance. There was a time when Guru was reverred more than God. But now it is generally said that if a person has not been into zenith of engineering or commerce or management he comes into the field of rendering knowledge. I feel education process should be viewed in terms of production process. Let the quality of students be termed as raw materials while Teachers Be the churning mill processing raws

Thats why punishment system is going on everywhere. Everybody talk about curriculam, student or infrastructure but no one says about teachers. Everyone blame them. No one inspire them

It was only because of continuous noise of children in school. He run the school alone and now he become an angry man and depress.

Teachers recruitment must be very fair and must consist of several stages of assessment to ensure transparency also the teachers must be subjected to give tests(TET) periodically like in 5 to 7 years so that their quality can be checked time to time and defaulters can be eliminated. Things like these can prevent unfair recruitment of ineligible candidates and will ensure selection of only capable and talented individuals only then best teachers can be developed.

They are the future. Feed them with good values. Sir, what ever policies you make, try and incorporate them in the education system. For example, Swachh Bharath Abhiyan, it is very essential to teach the importance of cleanliness to our young generation. However, they are the ones who need take care of our nation and they are also the best teachers to teach their parents who have forgotten tidiness. Please, please, take some immediate action on this. This is already too late but not impossible.

We all know about the Government schools and the standard of the teachers being hired by the Government to teach our young generation. On the other hand, if the parents wish to admit their children to the private schools, it is the biggest burden on them. This shows that "Right to education" in our country is just a law and totally impractical. Our beloved PM Modi sir always mentions about the strength of our nation being hidden in our young generation. Please nurture our young generation well

TEACHING SHOULD BE MADE AS A GOOD CAREER OPPORTUNITY, SO THAT THE PEOPLE HAVE SELF- INCLINATION TO BE A TEACHER.MORALLY TEACHING SHOULD BE A PASSION BUT PRACTICALLY THERE SHOULD BE GOOD SALARY FOR THEM SO THAT THEY CAN EVEN FEED THEIR FAMILIES. PRESENTLY MANY INTELLECTS WHO HAVE A PASSION TO TEACH DON'T OPT FOR IT AS A CAREER DUE TO LESS OUTPUT THEY GET AT THE END OF THE DAY. HENCE PROVISIONS SHOULD BE MADE TO PROVIDE STUDENTS WITH COMPETANT TEACHERS I THE SCHOOL ITSELF.
