Anything and everything can be tranjected through "play".Being a teacher, I believe we need to change our attitude a lot. Trainings for teachers should be on pedagogy rather than lesson based. Thanks

मेरी राय में तो पढ़ने और पढ़ाने में अध्यापक महत्वपूर्ण है|लेकिन जिस तरीके से अध्यापक का पूर्व सेवा प्रशिक्षण हो रहा है मुझे डर है की हम आज जहाँ हैं कल वहां से कहीं नीचे होंगे| अध्यापक प्रशिक्षण कॉलेज और संस्थानों के लिए कोई भी मापदंड आवश्यक नहीं है| जहाँ केवल 100 छात्र छात्राएं होने चाहिए वहाँ 400 दाखिल है| कोई मूलभूत सुविधाएं भी नहीं है| ये सिर्फ प्राइवेट संस्थानों की हालत नहीं है बल्कि सरकारी संस्थानों की हालत ऐसी है| यह परिदृश्य हिमाचल प्रदेश का है, teacher educators are also untrained.

उषा रानी ने बताया की अद्यापको को छात्रों को विषय पढ़ाने के लिए सम्बंदित सामग्री यथासमय उपलब्ध करानी चाहिए ! जिससे अध्यापको की गुणवत्ता में सुधार हो तथा छात्रों को सही तरीके से समझा सके!

ATTENDERS RECORD ASSSISTANTS JUNIOR CLERKS etc.. are promoted as LECTURERS . THEIR SUBJECT KNOWLEDGE WAS NEVER TESTED BY GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRAPRADESH AND TELANGANA. NOBODY HAS CERTIFIED THEIR TEACHING CAPABILITIES. STILL THEY ARE CONTINUING AS LECTURERS.AND MORE ARE GOING TO BE PROMOTED PLEASE STOP THIS. THE PRESENT PROMOTEES BE TESTED AND IF FOUND INELIGIBLE BE REVERTED TO THEIR ORIGINAL POSTS

Attenders,record assistants,junior clerks,senior clerks etc.. who were appointed on compassionate grounds i.e. they never faced any type of test in getting job, are getting promotions as lecturers after passing a post graduate degree from distance education institutes. THIS IS HAPPENING AS ON TODAY IN ANDHRAPRADESH & TELANGANA STATES. WHAT IS THE FATE OF BIOLOGY, MATHS PHYSICS CHEMISTRY STUDENTS ,( WHO ASPIRE TO BECOME DOCTORS AND ENGINEERS ) IN THE HANDS OF THEAE PEOPLE ???

We take a example if one has to become a carpenter why should he waste his time in reading those subjects which are not correlated with carpentry.From class 9th he must be get enrolled in that institution from where he can become a good carpenter and earned his livelihood.What I mean to say that education is according to our interest not forcefully one .

Second concern regarding imparting of education to students: 1. Our education system must be changed now because we have to compete with other countries. Education must be vocalnised means it should be job oriented, skill oriented and it provides satisfaction and security of future. Ours education is cramming the Subjects and get good marks. Now a days education is sell like a commodity.

Mr.Prime Minister In today's scenario our education policy must be changed. First issue is of Teacher Eligibility Test(TET) for teachers.The TET is eligibility test. The basic requirement is B.Ed or M.Ed.What I mean to say that the condition of TET after B.Ed is useless. My suggestion is that those who wants to become teachers first qualify TET and then do B.Ed.
