the selection of the teachers should be more stringent and apart of written test I think there should be a psychological test should be taken of the teachers to see whether they really have the acumen for teaching to not which will help in better selection of teachers. with the present teachers they should be trained on a regular basis and there should be bench marks set for them and if they dont perform it should be reflected in their confidential reports which should effect their careers.

These days all over India we have mobile network the govt should develop a app that will automatically track the loc of a teacher in the morning during the working hrs or so and the principal should be made more accoutable if the teachers dont come on time and dont take classes seriously.In cities we can install software which can monitor the progress of each student on a monthly basisand which can be seen by the parents too . parents too should be held accoutable.

If u see the qualification of most of the teachers in the govt school is much more than that of pvt school however govt schools dont perform .one of the reason is that the change in the attitude of the person once he get a govt job . There is less accountability and there is no fear in the teacher with regard to to job which makes them unaccountable towards their job. U can go to govt school in outside delhi and check it yoursefl how many r really int in doing their job .

sir , 1. These are my personal views form my personal exp . I think there is not teacher good/bad. It is the interest of the individual to teach . In India people take up teaching as the last option while if u see outside teaching is taken by the ppl as their first option . the pay pacakage and perks should be taken care of and ppl will take up teaching as a profession . the govt should also do some media exercises to show case teaching a a noble and good job so that more ppl get motivated

Teachers must be committed, willing to learn,catch up with changing technologies and innovations, must inspire the you and shall be able to trigger ideas among the students. Must have inclination to use ICT in teaching learning process. They should be change makers and role models.

The early education in India is not affordable to common man and the government schools are not up to the mark and non competitive to private schools. Also the many state government ignored this fact due to private schools lobby . Due to this the poor talented kid is missing quality education from the beginnings itself . The quality of the education in govt school can be upgraded by public involvement. The educated in the society go back and involve in quality education including in teaching.

Now a day their is big and major problem of best teacher.Only some teacher are able to solve all problem of subtend .But fee of those teacher is very high so that poor student cant get best way of problem solving.So their is need of best and well educated teacher not only in private school or college also in government school. Best teacher is firstly need in government school.

In our society place of teacher is grater than GOD.but unfortunately now a days the are deviated from his/her goal ,so their is need of best teacher. Who is well educated and teach and give best of his responsibility.So that our lit-race rate will rich on 100%.
