I would request the Central Government to use same Java Versions for all Central Government Sites wherein are citizens are required to file forms, Return (eg. Income tax, ROC) etc. So that it is easier and feasible for the citizens to use the digital signature facility and benefits of Digital India. There will be no data loss for the government. Just a unified Java Versions for all Government sites will help people to file online returns & form easily.

There should be an app having all government online-digital services through which all works can be done. Just like one stop solution. Similar to this there must be an single window plateform to do access all services because all persons are not intelligent, after this, all citizens have to remember one app or website that can give them access to all the services. And there should be USSD plateform for some services also.

More services also want to link with Adhaar. In also transport, etc. Now it is hard to take a passport because people want to go to the regional passport centre. Some Place it may far a lot. A system to apply for passport with the adhaar identification. Apply for passport with only adhaar number and then can collect information from adhaar. That time regional passport centre has only a job that reviewing and accepting the application. The payment for passport can prepaid with the Application
