Boys are being harassed by this commission and girls are taking undue advantages of the law. In this Rohtak Bus case centre government should intervene and a fair investigation to be ensured. Law should be amended to protect the boys from the girls. Only on the basis of videos on media, boys can not be held responsible for molesting the girls

We must establish large number of digital manufacture industries like mobiles, laptops, tablets, computers, memory cards, pendrives etc., throughout India. and it can help made things easily to make digital services easily.

We should teach usage of mobile phones and computers at schools, especially govt schools, in primary health centers, and other govt centers. Giving people a basic phone with SMS capability can also help.

In order to successfully implement Digital India Programme it is very much necessary to establish NIC centres in all the Blocks/Taluks (expansion of NICNET upto block level) and once the NOFN is ready this can be done in order to have day to-day information on Wholesale and Retail Market prices on essential commodoties from APMC's and Sub-Markets and also Video Conferencing facilities can be provided to these centres and Honourable PM and MP's can interact with common man for their problems
