Why Govt. is not allowing VOIP (voice on internet protocol) in India when this service is used in developed countries for making calls through Internet which reduces phone bill for common people. In India some so-called security risk is shown for not allowing, but actual reason is the lobbying of powerful telecom companies to ministries as allowing this will suffer their business significantly. When Govt. is promoting e-governance in all sphere, why for updating bank account and Aadhaar number for LPG connection has no facility to update documents on-line and need submission of hard copies to LPG dealers and bank branches? For uploading of document, precious time can be saved for consumers as well as transparency in the system

Govt should look into matter of cyber crime so people should use Online services I.e.payment of gas&elect. Bills,municipal tax, any other service where long queue and public rush will be less so govt officers have hastle free work.less paper work maximum efficiency.low rate of 3g connection for public,A good internet speed for faster transaction on net.also provide this facility on mobile banking who dnt have coputers nd laptos.

I have a dream! 1connected&united india through online democratic system! every indian connected to net & have onlinespace, gov.email id, should be able to raise their voice & gov.system's should response with req. solution, service. it's online tracking online educations must provide quality iit iim iisc aiims education to everycitizen of india at lowcost , online govt. procurement & tendering & implementation recordings should be made online to public, freeonline telemedicine for everyone

Every citizen should be given with Smart Card, which holds information about Voter ID, PAN, UAN, Bank Account, PF Detail, Licence, Passport, Ration Card, PII (Personally identifiable information), Biometrics, and other schemes from Government. Individual can update the information on centralized portal by providing scanned copy of current Hard copies. This portal should be maintained by Government. This card can be used as ATM card, Debit / Credit Cart. No paper work will lead India to Green I

One really low progressing digital service is happening in tax. Due to various different bodies like excise, VAT etc, one single uniformity has not been able to maintained in tax services. I suggest to combine all bodies in one and link it with pan and aadhar cards, which will help to maintain clarity and reduce burden.
