However the need of the hour is that this digital locker service should not restrict itself to the urban population who have access to computers and understand technologies like cloud. Government can set up kiosks, events in villages informing the rural people about the idea and its relevance. Government can do the upload work in the rural areas and in turn give them unique ID. Villagers can just tell this ID to the government officials whenever they visit any Government office for any service.

There will not be any need to see the physical hard copies. Users will be able to log in to their digital locker with any of their unique ID ( for ex. License No. , Aadhar Card No. , Passport No. etc.). All citizen documents will be available at one place. This will save the citizen's time and effort to carry physical documents to any Government department to get their work done. Even citizens's will be able to add more documents or remove documents in case of changes.

Digital india concept must be provided by BSNL So service given by BSNL will be improve and people will get in touch to BSNL !! "MAKE IN INDIA" ......

Sir i Have a small start-up software company we want to do something for swachh bharat and digital India.we have some idea we want to express it. but we have some issue.because of that we didn't play any of now.so give me a chance to express myself.

One of the most important citizen service that can be and is envisioned to be offered through digital technology is "Digital Lockers". Prime Minister Modi has already shared his vision to make all the citizen’s documents available on the cloud. Certificates issued by the government — education, residential, medical records, birth certificates etc — will be stored in individual 'digital lockers' and a communication protocol established for government departments to access them.

For digital india first we have to build basic infrastucture regarding to the subject. We are not using BSNL in larg scale bcz we are not driving BSNL on corporate level. Digital india can't be constucted without BSNL's active part.For digital india internet is the basic need on low cost which can be possible only with BSNL.

GoI should offer a service Innovation Lab Of India where students KG to PG and Skill development centers can upload the project work they carry out as part of their course. For this all schools in villags across the country should b given low cost video production kits. Benefits of such scheme-increase in digital literacy, projects in various indian languages, networking of students teachers across country, fosters innovative idea development across country, accelerates learning for the young.
