I believe digital access to information, knowledge and services can be made available to citizen using various options, however making it available for use of general public is more important, those who stays in Metros, Tier I or II cities they do not need it, those who do not have access to internet needs it most, as they are not able to reap the benefits... as they are not aware of various schemes/utilities.. One option is Free Information Kiosk to be installed which can b used by ALL for free

{continue from earlier post},-- and algorithm/recipes for everything. Because govt official gets irritated if you ask them anything.

2. Every process should consist of evidences rather than witnesses. There is a huge dependency on other people. If you really want your work done in a govt office, you need your neighbour as a witness. Your neighbour hates you and he would be having great time seeing you begging for the favour. Please simplify the process but please reduce the dependency.

Dear Prime Minister, India is one of the leading countries in term on Information & technology, then why still the voter enrollment is same outdated one of filling the form and waiting (or dreaming!!) that our name will get enrolled. There are many flaws like not printing voter names or other information. To overcome this flaws why cant we have voter enrollment system same as Aadhaar card Registration.Such type of Voter Registration with help of IT would be more flawless & more people would enrol
