In my opinion access to quality in education is equally important to Right to Education and I recommend an Open Portal for public where they can access to journals, research papers may be archives just by logging in. As that will be a portal so one can also add their content (of course with certain regulations to avoid adult or explicit content) and share their views. I am a very small citizen of India but taking my responsibility i want to bring a small issue to your concern that in our country no one takes his responsibilities seriously ,so sir cleaning India without a tough rule/law is not quite possible.
So Sir in my opinion we should move in the way of making a rule to have a clean & green India

I am sorry to say that without improving service sector nothing be possible. Recently I facing problem with my Internet broadband connectivity. Saturday evening I find that BSNL internet broad band connectivity lost due to some connectivity error from BSNl side now second day is Sunday and next one is holiday (Bakari ID) so I am unable to complain to BSNL due to holiday for two days...so I am unhelpful till Tuesday...No one is there to resolve the problem for next 100 hours...what to do ?

I am from Nagpur. Their are lots of issues people are facing.
The big issue is Mihan. The project mihan was sanctioned near about 8 years before but still 4 - 5 companies are working here. So many people looking at mihan as big employment. But goverment still ignore this.No one taking interest in this project.
