Every resident person in India should be provided with an common ID card (Smart Card chip card) which will have all his basic personnel information. It should be mandatory for all to have. The id should be linked to his ration card, passport, bank account, voters ID the vehicles details, property details etc. because then duplication of ration card, voters ID in different state will not happen. Any change in place should be immediately reported. If not reported heavy fine.should be levied
