In our great digital India, MTNL Delhi is functioning like MCD's. They are not able to provide efficient telephone service. All wiring and associated equipment are rotten resulting in heavy rain sensation in ears whenever you use phone. And the broadband goes in No Access Mode frequently. Want to register complaint ? Most difficult to get connected. 1504 is engaged most time. If connected, listen to MTNL Man Ki Baat & key in buttons after every instruction. Then wait in Q. Jai Dig. India

Govt uses many Mobile Vans or Trucks to promote social schemes. These type of Mobile vehicle must be converted into a Digital Display and Delivery tools by Govt Authorities. These Mobile Vans/Truck can be Stationed one/Two Day in Each remote and Far Village/Dhanis. Every Neccessary Instructions and Guidance in local Language must be shown and teached. Pumplets/Hand Books can also be distributed through these vehicles.

We cannot empower all the citizens but flourish the young minds of the children who can make a change in the way they think and create a generation of tech maniacs who can handle ahead each/every responsibilities, as a source of income to social security and improvement of standards of living, and most important its sorting out our way of thinking from IMPOSSIBLE to I M POSSIBLE, as you see so shall you feel...So always try to suck out the magnitude of possibility even if its 0.001%

CALL DROPS ISSUE HAS BEEN HIGHLIGHTED BY MEDIA! REASONS GIVEN ARE 1. LESS NUMBER OF TRANSMISSION TOWERS & 2.LESS CONTIGUOUS SPECTRUM.BUT MOST IMPORTANT REASON NOT EMPHASIZED.SPECTRUM IN 1800, 2300 MHz USED FOR 3G & 4G HAS LESS REACH & PENETRATION.900 MHz BAND WHICH HAS REACH & PENETRATION BUT IT IS FULLY UTILIZED.EVEN 3G NET & 4G NET AT HIGH FREQ BAND HAVE MAXIMUM CONNECTION CUT-OFFS. SOLUTION IS 700 & 800 MHz BAND MUST BE MADE AVAILABLE TO TELCOS URGENTLY TO MITIGATE PROBLEM OF CALL DROPS.

आर टी आई ओन लाइन एक सराहनीय कदम साबित हुआ है, यदि इसमें सभी सरकारी बैंकों को भी शामिल कर लिया जाये तो बैंकों की कार्य शैली सम्बन्धी पारदर्शिता एवं जवाबदेही को एक नया आयाम दिया जा सकता है और उसमे आवश्यक तेज़ी लाई जा सकती है , साथ ही जिस तरह सार्वजानिक बैंकों के चेयरमैन, एम डी, सी इ ओ की ईमेल id , फ़ोन न. उनकी वेबसाइट पर दिए जाते है उसी तरह गैरसरकारी बैंकों को भी निर्देश दिए जा सकते हैं ताकि आवश्यक मुद्दों को सीधा उनके संज्ञान में लाया जा सके ।
