With more than 30% illiterates, there is a huge gap between digital liberates and illiterates. So, empowerment of citizens needs double pronged strategy aimed at spreading digital literacy and I improving access to digital services by providing high speed broad band to every household. Also, state should campaign the necessity of digital literacy. Every service from paying utility bills to issuance of death certificate can be offered using digital technology like e-voting of andhra pradesh.

Dear PM Sir, In this era of technology, please make all the transactions that take place in government offices such as paying road tax, paying driving license fee, paying fee for other certificates issued by government to online mode. This will ultimately help everyone and corruption can be controlled by reducing number of transactions made through cash

Extention of Free WIFI by Telecom companies can be given tax concession for faster inroad in all places. This will boost trade through net for which a levy of one rupee may be imposed for getting revenue to offset the revenue loss in tax concessions given to telecom companies. This will enable to user in simplified tax regime of single tax for all transactions done through net. Present tax can be continued for cash transactions for forcing people to switch over to net transactions. Further tax on smart phone can be made Nil for boosting net based transactions as WIFI in all places will enable to reduce the movement of people which will reduce the consumption of petroleum products. Protection of Digital Services employees will enable to sustain the progress in Digital services & accessibility through out India. The Excess old manpower in Digital services can be asked to train people in handing net services by fixing the target every month.

It must be compulsory to all bank ATM card of all kind to be acceptable at POS. It could be implemented in Delhi first in mission mode then after analyse this cash less transaction system; It could be implemented all over the country. ATM machines should have only 100 or 50 Rs notes only. This will be very helpful to reduce corruption.
