Digital technologies can help citizens in all income groups by providing digital access to information, knowledge and services. How can we empower all citizens with digital access? ...
Sir, 1) Government documents should be digitized and E-Governance effectively implemented in all the Government departments in order to give better and corruption free services to Indian citizen.
2) Wherever it is possible, online education is implemented at all schools and college levels, so that every student of this nation either studying in rural or urban area are getting equal quality of education.
I think all the Services provided by Government (Centre or State) should be made online. The Power Bills, Telephone Mobile Bills, Property, Water Tax bill should be on either on E Mail or SMS. This will not only save paper and trees but also promote transparency in many services.Thanks..
1. Create an online government information storage system like a bank. Each guy will have a account directly linked to his Aadhar Number. In his account all files like Birth Ceritificate and other government files can be stored. His account can be only "Read Only" accessed by other governement offices like Passport Office. When he goes to a government office it will be hassle free for citizens.
2.. Adopt Google maps as central mapping system of india.

From last post … Like this any application for services of Govt. can be rejected for only 2 times, by then all deficiencies should be communicated to applicant. Third time application has to be accepted and fulfilled without allowing for rejection on new ground. All these need to be tracked as a single application by allowing to reopening & resubmitting an application. This will help in preventing corruption, by guarantee of service with maximum 2 rejection & also help in time bound delivery.
Move all services of Govt. to online flatform, wherein request/ applications of all services are tracked for its timely delivery & rejection with valid reason. There should be fixed time limit for delivery or rejection of all services. Further all rejection of services if any to be made only after listing down all deficiencies in application. A rejected application should have option to reopen by applicant & can be resubmitted by correcting the listed deficiencies raised on rejection. Cont..
