Narendra Modi Bhai,
I heard that Government collected 35000 acres of land to build amaravathi city,by Land pooling. No inch of that land should be owned by Private. When I studied My degree, there was a poem Brook( The small stream of canal), "it says Men may come and go, But i will flow forever". Same way Chief Ministers/Prime Ministers may come and Go, But that land should be always belonged to Government(Public Property).

In respect to economic growth of our nation ,Hon. PM has made great effort to make our nation developed within short period, I want to suggest that, industry and agriculture development is very important for growth, hence, the generous policy should be introduced, complication and creating problem to the people should be deleted, some provision of GST like RCM,timing and numbers of return per month should be changed, tax is not problem to people, while govt.require tax focus only on it,best wishes

Faults in many cities is one sector (either IT or traditional business or something else ) is more developed.....this has happened because of resources available in and around at that time....but now we can find resources everywhere due to development of transportation and communication...so I feel that developing every sector equally will help everyone ( a farmer to a business man) to lead a equal status life ....then the city will be contented and everyone will be inspired,

Urban experts/Civil Engineers really need to think about recharging the ground water in upcoming smart cities, as concrete cover the surface soil.
Eg: Putting more open spaces and planting more trees.
Every 0.5 sq km construct small lakes.. etc.
Rain water harvesting for every building etc.

In order to make Amravati as Smart City, aspects of public transport, solid waste management, water supply, internet connectivity, smart mobility, affordable housing, adherence to energy efficiency norms & protocols should be ensured. Also encouraging use of BRTS and MRTS system for smart mobility,Developing solid & liquid resource management centre at taluka level for waste processing to address issue of waste disposal and generate methane gas and compost from it,etc can make Amravati smart & vibrant.
