आदरणीय परम श्र्धेय महामहिम एवं प्रधानमंत्रीजी, मुझे यह बताते हुए बड़ा दुख होता है कि UGC /AICTE जैसी महान संस्थानो के पास उपरोक्त विषयांतर्गत कोई भी सुचारु समाधान नहीं है, क्योंकि यहाँ वि. वि. मे सभी teachers के पास पर्याप्त योग्यता है और सभी कम से कम स्नातकोतार पास है जिस हेतु सभी यह जानते है कि किसी भी नियमावली को पढ़कर कैसे सभी से डाटा लेकर उसे सुचारु रूप से दिये गए प्रोफॉर्मा मे भरना है या सभी teachers से भरवाना है भरवाने का काम डाटा एंट्री ऑपरेटर या कोई उसी समकक्ष व्यक्ति कर सकता है । विडम्बना यह है कि उसके लिए उस व्यक्ति को शामिल नहीं किया जाता जिसके पास सबसे ज्यादा डाटा है academically परंतु उसका डाटा बार बार परेशान करके या गलत तरीके से लिया जाता है । सवाल यह है कि जब वह व्यक्ति अच्छी रिसर्च और अकैडमिक लेवेल पर अच्छा कर रहा है तो वह यह – IQAC , AQAR, NAAC इत्यादि समझ नहीं पाएगा ? या वह सारे फॉर्म भर सकता यही नहीं समझ पा रहा IQAC , AQAR, NAAC इत्यादि, तो सवाल यह कि उसका नाम कमेटी मे क्यों नहीं डाला गया ?
