Dear,
-Areas between Kalyan and Titwala have large tracts of undeveloped area, which can be used for Greenfield Development thus reducing the congestion of already over populated city areas of Kalyan Dombivali.
-GIS Mapping of City can be carried out to connect to citizens under pan city initiative

Dear,
-One of the pillars of Smart City is Sustainable Development. Our Draft Proposal has no mention or no action plan of how to achieve sustainable development of Kalyan-Dombivali
-Initiatives taken by our ULB for energy conservation need a mention in the draft proposal
- Area based development has no mention of Dombivali inspite of it being a major contributor to the revenue and facing large scale problems of infrastructure and basic amenities.

I have read the entire document, according to it the area prioritized is based on land development opportunities. What my input is it should be on the basis of population density too.
The development priorities are as follows:
1.kalyan west
2.kalyan east
3.dombivli east
4.dombivli west
The population density and the need of development in dombivli west is very high, please consider my suggestion and do the need full alteration #smartCityKalyanDombivli #SmartCity, #KalyanDombivli, #Mygov

1. Improve Kalyan station and market traffic immediately. Separate bus and rickshaws route or shift bus depot.
2. Improve cleanliness. Drainage and waste management has to be looked upon.
3. Introduce parks and green gym in more areas. Ask cooperative societies to have green gym in society.
4. Improve accessibility from station to areas. Interfere with rickshaw union and address the tremendous long queues in peak hours.
