Kanpur शहर को स्मार्ट बनाने के लिए शहर को झुग्गियों से मुक्त किया जाये, अतिक्रमण मुक्त किया जाये, लोक परिवहन सेवा सुविधा उक्त आधुनिक प्रणाली से चलाई जाये, शिक्षा को निजी करण से मुक्त किया जाये सुरक्षा व्यवस्ता का आधुनिकरण किया जाये, स्वास्थ सुविधाओं को बढ़या जाकर आधुनिकरण करते हुए निजीकरण से मुक्त किया जाये, शहर का पुनर विकास किया जाये, बिजली, पानी की व्यवस्था को हमेशा उपलब्ध रखा जाये, पुरे शहर की सम्पूर्ण व्यवस्था की नियंत्रण एजेंसी एक हो, विकेंद्रीकर
