Chhote se bachho se to bhik jabaran mangvawi jati hai ..ye to sabhi jaanate hai ki ye business hai..sabhi mafia ke control mein hota hai..isiliye koi special task force banake un mafia tak pahuncha jaye..kyou ki local police ye kaam nahi karati unako bhi hafta de kar chup kiya jata hai... Usi force ki madad se jo bhi bachhe bhik mangate dikhe unhe pakade ke puri link expose honi chahiye..aur baccho ka rehabilitation karane ki vyavasta banani chahiye..
Sir, In my observations three faces of action must be done. First strict implimentation of law against the mafiya behind yhis business. Second helping the Ngos to find out the problem of individual beggars and help them to find their relatives and provide food and medicinal support to them.Third Psychiatric problems are not treated as diseases and they are not identified and treated in the initial stage itself. They are simply thrown away to the streets. There must be a national health awareness
Beggars from public places of India shld b collected/grouped to a certain local places in each town/city and can b trained for certain governernment purposes. For example boys /man shld b taken to army to serve our country. Girls /woman can also b in army as we can see now -a - days, or may b for cooking for army. May trained for certain low budget handicrafts made up of paper, recycle material and teaching.
Res Pradhan Mantri ji, After your call to build a chain of ambassadors of Swachh Bharat campaign, I observe that all VVIPs are nominating people only from their own strata of society. While celebrities do play important role in promoting campaigns, I wish that some VVIP nominate safai karamchari/school principals etc as their ambassadors to make the ownership of the campaign more inclusive. Let SB not become a programme run by elite and dirty/actual work carried out by poor karamcharis.
First we have to identify the locations where these beggars stay, either in group or as an individual and contact them by a team appointed by Govt. and bring them to a place and should know their exact situation why they are begging. If they are physically fit, should employ them in small shops, hotels etc. to work by giving identity card. If not physically fit send them to old age homes of NGOs etc., Hold meeting with NGOs and Volntry organizations and take help in rehabilitating the beggers
ALL VILLAGES OF INDIA TO BE DEVELOPED AS SELF SUSTAINABLE SO THAT THE VILLAGERS SHOULD NOT OPT FOR COMING TO CITIES AND EITHER BECOME BEGGERS OR DEVELOP SLUMS LIKE DHARAVI IN MUMBAI. Elderly parents to get fixed amount for their livelyhood from earning children as the children also get share in the property of parents which they have spent entire life to build their property with their hard earned money.
The photograph of the begger must be taken while begging and send it to the local authority and to their children.
a law must be enacted to inform the local punchayat or police about the beggars and police or elected representatives should take them to rescue homes. Non reporting to authorised personabout the beggers by the citizen who offers donations or alms should be made a punishable offenceThe giver / donor must report the details of begger to local authority.
