Start Date :
Aug 26, 2015
Last Date :

What is wrong with our parking system? ...
The main problem with parking on the road is that people flout the rules at the drop of hat and parking agents try to loot people by charging exorbitantly. Police doesn't care.
To save space and accommodate more cars, many multi-storied building complex are making multilayered garages with lift for cars. A bit expensive, but very space-saving.
everything
Three words: "Lack of civic sense"
Better awareness & consideration for each other and share available facility without being problem too others.
1.charging fine on parking of cars on roads.
2.installing cctv cameras.
3.developing cycle tracks and walkways.
4.developing multilevel parking so that cars can be parked one time.
All episode happened in Gujarat – Only and only BJP(CM and PM ) intensely beaten up PATEL by Police. Now we will not support you in future in financially or development. I request all BJP Patel members, MP, MLA, District leader, Mayors & Sarpanch are immediately quite from BJP. We will elect you once for as Independent Candidate. Now we need your support to give answer to POLICE.
We have to have give hard response to CM and PM immediately.
Following things may be considered w.r.t the parking facilities:-
1. Road usage toll shall be implemented to discourage increase in car traffic
2. Additional MLCP's to be provided considering the future volume, thru PPP model that parking charges will take care of project charges
3. Space priorities are important. Not all space is reserved for cars. As far as possible lane system shall be implemented for various traffic
4. Vehicle tag and tracking systems to be put in place for studying the Car paths. Toll based on cars travelling longer and thru. busiest routes.
5. Park and ride facilities shall be built so that usage of public transportation is encouraged
6. Connections between inter-mode and intra-mode public transportations should be made as close as possible that people consider shifting to public transportation systems
