We generally react to monetary things according to me polluting mother India is equivalent to rape and murder so an act to be passed and stringent measure to be taken with those who spit on road, throw from car, walkers two wheeler etcs., Above all Will from the government, Nation and People nothing is impossible. हमारे देश में गन्दगी का एक प्रमुख स्थान हमारे बाजार होते हैं।
अगर हम प्रत्येक दुकान ,रेड़ी पटरी वालों को अपने आस पड़ोस के स्थान को साफ़ रखने के लिए बाध्य कर दे पेनल्टी के माध्यम से तो हमारे 70 % बाजार स्वयं साफ़ हो जाएंगे।
हम प्रत्येक दुकान को नगरपालिका के माध्यम से उसके चारो तरफ एक सेक्टर अलॉट कर दें हर उसे रेखांकित भी कर दें तो फिर उस स्थान को साफ़ रखना उनकी जिम्मेदारी हो जायेगी और हमारे सफाई कर्मचारिओं के साथ स्वक्छ्ता को बनाये रखने में हमारा भी योगदान हो जाएगा।

SWACHH BHARAT ABHIYAAN doesn't mean only 2 clean dirty & garbage from INDIA . But the corruption & bribe free INDIA should be the first & primary factor of SWACHH BHARAT ABHIYAAN. When, Dear Mr MODI , will U launch corruption & brive free INDIA campaign ? Requesting U 2 launch from 23rd JAN. 2015, NETAJI'S BIRHDAY. It will be the highest gift for INDIA. Then only SWACHH BHARAT ABIYAAN will be truly completed .If you fail 2 do so INDIA will be failed 4 ever. Only & only you can make it in REALITY

Before concluding I would like to say that cleaning shall not be a event, it shall be routine, it shall be practice, it shall be habit of every individual Indian.

“No littering, Just Cleaning” shall be the tagline of ones life.

Same shall be avoided by treating drainage before disposing into river & by making ponds near riverbed for religious purpose.
Prompt action is expected in the matter from Central Govt. & state Govt.

Religious procedures are related with water resources like river. It results in water pollution directly. In our country drinking water is mostly taken from river only. At the same time rivers are being polluted due to mixing of drainage & religious formalities.

All means of poor sanitation results in percolation of drainage into ground water. Poor sanitation results in contamination of water resources & other atmospheric pollution. Drainage disposed directly into river results in water pollution of major water source.

The drainage system of any city shall be complete & fully connected to each other resulting network to drain water out of city or destination or treatment plant. Network of roadside drains shall be developed in cities & cleaned periodically.

Open plots in residential, commercial area are one more cause of shabby look of the city. Open plot is always used as garbage bin by neighbourers. Antisocial element also uses such places for their activities.
To avoid this construction on sold plots shall be done within stipulated time. Govt. shall give directives on this matter

Encroachment is another major hurdle in maintaining cleanliness of the city. Encroachment is of several types. Unauthorized possession of Govt. land for residential purpose/ commercial purpose, extending shop on road or footpath, is common types of encroachments. These encroached establishments don’t have facility to carry away the solid/ liquid waste to main drains. Many times it is seen that pit is prepared for disposal of waste in such area.
