जन्म से सभी शुद्र हैं। संस्कार से क्षुद्रता कम होती है। ज्ञानार्जन से ब्यक्ति जीविकोपार्जन के लिए समर्थ होता है। जो अपना बुद्धि चातुर्य विवेक इस्तेमाल नहीं कर पाता- सेवक बन जाता है। जो बुद्धि चातुर्य से सामाजिक आवश्यकताओं की पूर्ति करने में समर्थ होता है-वैश्य बन जाता है। उससे समर्थ सामजिक सुरक्षा का दायित्व लेने वाले क्षत्रिय बन जाते हैं। और उन सबसे समर्थ ज्ञान दान करने की विधा में लगते हैं जिससे की आने वाली पीढ़ियों को उत्तम ज्ञान प्राप्त हो सके। पशु से मानव बन सके।

There should be a national info that how graduate are coming yearly in each field, and how many job vacancies per year in that particular field to be assessed .if graduates are coming more,should stop giving permission to seats of that field, and giving permission to more job vacant fields.balancing this way, can avoid unemployment to some extent.central govt should have complete data on educational institutions, their branchvise seat details and corporate companies and job vacancies branchvise

All Govts. are lazy! Has anyone assessed need of how many nos. of technicians, engineers, technologists etc category-wise, area-wise and so on , been done? The worst malady affecting technical education is the abject low-standards of Faculty. They lack not just knowledge/skill to teach and impart them, but also on enthusing youngsters by opening up to newer vistas. No new methodology to let learning take-place is present; why not cut down No. of Engg. colleges ,who only make money?

This one is regarding make in india. We can harness the great potential of huge number of engg. Graduates. A scheme should be implemented whereby ideas of engg. Students should be taken, a team of 15 students should be constituted will go on 6 month internship to a village and implement it. Stay arrangements by govt. This initiative can be used to educate villagers about internet, new farming techniques etc. They can develop new systems for irrigation, harvest, storage etc

Employees working in industry should have chance to teach in collages. I am mechanical design engineer. If i get opportunity from my employer to teach any engineering collage , i will be happy. And i can give my knowledge to engineering students regarding my field. If Every company cooperates govt in this scheme then think about actual knowledge creation among students.

Teachers need to be aware of industry!! Let's make compulsory 6 months of all teachers in industry for every 5 years in education sector.

Get our degrees like MD & MS duely recognized in other countries as equivalent to PhDs/MRCP done in foreign countries!
