Hello Sir, I am of the opinion of establishing Biogas Plant in every corner of the Village or City so that the Gas so emitted can be used as a source of the energy. Also the Cost of the plant is also less as compared to building other source of energy. Also the Concept of establishing Dustbins can be replace by these plants

They have been harassing by govt. Some people are getting government job by other means without any labour, while some are waiting from a long time to be regularized. Government should consider for making a policy to kick out ‘Theka Pratha’. A suitable length of contractual service may be compulsory for getting regular government job like some states and countries.

Same country, same work, same qualification, same place, same responsibility, but a huge difference in wages, Why? This is condition of Contractual employees working in government offices thru ‘Theka’. They r mor responsible, mor hard worker, mor efficient, mor literate, mor dedicated b8 r getting very less (1/4) wages in compare 2 other regular counterparts. Some State Govt r considering thm 2 regularize after 8-10 yrs of contractual service. But in central, thr is no scheme 4 them. Harasment
