Govt has around 2 lack crore loss in electricity revenue and electricity theft in all india.After Indian electricity Act 2003 different electricity board are un bundled into Transmission ,Distribution and Generation Utilities and companies but revenue issue problem and theft remains same. So billing process of major HT connection like Big Industries, shopping Mall etc can be done by SIM technology as adopted in Mobile communication by this around 20,000 crores can be saved all over india.....

What if government plans to manufacture or give 100 tax free on companies manufacturing solar panels in india which can help reduce cost of solar panels and bring more companies to india for renewable enery

Make it mandatory to 1. Install an n no. of solar panels on buildings calculated as per the actual covered area of the building especially in the metros all of which receive a fair amount of sunlight throughout the year. This will reduce conventional energy consumption. 2. Industrial units/ factories in rural India to also use solar energy at least for lighting of the units.

Remove all conventional tungsten bulbs and tubelights and change to newer technology like CFL and LEDs in all Government offices

Sir, schemes/benefits for non conventional energy are different in various status. you please, make it uniform nationwide, so as to make citizens aware and encourage them to participate in establishment and developing of non conventional energy.

At present, law related to corruption is not that much stringent so as to create panic amongst the citizens, Govt should enact law which enables government to confiscate assets of public servants caught in corruption cases/ disproportionate assets cases. further, family of such people should be black listed for any government job for 25 yrs and should not be given benefits offered by government. Assets worth Rs1000 crores found in IT raid from an Noida based engineer !!!!
